ADSA celebrates National Nutrition Week; Choose a variety of foods from different food groups and eat the recommended amounts; Make portion control a daily way of life; Use salt, and foods that are high in salt, sparingly.Material submitted for publication in the South African Journal of Clinical Nutrition (SAJCN) is accepted provided it has not been published elsewhere.
