Abstract

The patient, a 47 year old male, was admitted to hospital because of epigastric pain (of 6 months duration), haematemesis and maelena stools. The diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis as well as of a pseudoaneurysm in the pancreatico duodenal artery was made.
